As a Consumer, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase but where you are not, you have the right to cancel and return unused goods within 5 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that some products are non-returnable and are marked as such and on the website in the catalogue.

Please contact us for a return authorization reference. Do not return a product without a return authorization reference.

Please take extra care when viewing your products as goods must be returned in pristine condition, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of the product has been reduced.

Where an item is being returned because of a change of mind not because it is faulty, the amount to be refunded would be net of original delivery costs and relevant bank charges.

If you are not a Consumer, we reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee.

All postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. We do not offer a pre-paid return service. We recommend that you return your products on a signed for service –The Winford Centre International cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels sent by the customer.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us using admin@thewinfordcentre.com. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
